• Do you assist with the visa application process?

Unfortunately, we cannot help you with your visa application and cannot mediate between candidates/students and embassies. All we can do to support you with the visa process is issue a document to the embassy confirming your admission for studies.

• How can I find accommodation in Warsaw?

Students are eligible to apply for accommodation in one of the University dormitories – instructions here.

• My appointment at the embassy is delayed and I will not be able to come to Warsaw before the beginning of the academic year. What can I do?

You should inform our students’ tutor (Dr. Sabina Brakoniecka, s.brakoniecka@uw.edu.pl) about the expected delay. In exceptional cases, we use Google Meet during the initial several weeks of the academic year to enable students with visa problems to join classes before they arrive in Warsaw.
